IMPORTANT...all sports' physicals information

California Sports Physicals will be on campus, Friday,  June 11 at 2:00 pm in the small gym. The cost for each student is $25.00
 
The attached information and paperwork includes the consent form and the physical form to be filled out and brought with the student on that day.
